At BrookeHouse, our goal is simple.
To create a bespoke, professional yet personal service covering all aspects of property management. While we have no involvement in any areas of Rental bookings, we liaise closely with each Rental Agent to provide a seamless experience for each of our Guests.

We, at BrookeHouse Ibiza, pride ourselves on our bespoke, personalized approach to Property Management.
As such, each Client's experience will differ according to their own individual needs and expectations.
We will strive to ensure you are kept completely up-to-date with each and every area of our business, via constant communication with you throughout our relationship.
You will be fully briefed on every aspect of our Management service, providing you with peace of mind and absolute transparency throughout the process.
We will provide regular updates on all works and duties carried out, and offer regular evidence of what we do for you through photographs and videos via your chosen method of communication.
FOR YOUR PROPERTY.
We bring 25 years' experience to the management and care of your property.
Our tried and tested Project Management skills make us an excellent choice for overseeing and administering all work carried out to your property.
We liaise closely not only with your Letting Agent (if your property is rented), but also with any and all public services required for the maintenance and upkeep of your property, throughout the season, and during the off-season when renovation work takes place.
Our Project Management ensures our Clients receive a stress-free experience, with us as their point of contact and the knowledge that their property lies in safe hands.
We organize and oversee the day-to-day matters during the season including Guest changeovers, cleaning and presentation. Guest welcome baskets with local produce and Meet and Greet services can also be provided upon request.

ADQUISICÍON DE PROPIEDAD.
At BrookeHouse Ibiza, we fully understand how daunting the prospect of buying a property can be, particularly if you don't live in Ibiza, or aren't familiar with the Island.
Because we have no affiliation with any property sales agency, this allows us to offer completely impartial and independent advice and assistance to those looking to purchase a new home in Ibiza.
Using our knowledge of the Island, and our experience within the Real Estate industry, we can offer our Property Acquisition service as a solution for those looking to take the hassle out of buying.
Simply send us your criteria for your dream new home in Ibiza and we will begin the search of all available properties for you, liaising with Real Estate agencies on the Island to offer you properties that meet your requirements. We will arrange viewings with Agents to fit with your schedule, or if you'd rather us view the property on your behalf we can organize a Virtual Viewing, or a Live Video Viewing.
Once you have found your dream Ibicencan home, we have a close relationship with a trusted Accounting team and a Legal team who will work closely with you, and with us, to completel the process.

Once our Client has offered and been accepted for their chosen property, we have the facilities to make an introduction to licensed individuals who may offer legal advice and other services our Client may require prior to completion.

Founder
Charlie spent 10 years of his lifelong service based career working in, managing and opening some of the most exclusive restaurants and private clubs in London, with this experience being a great resource when fulfilling Guest management services.
Not to mention the knowledge that is gained from over 25 years' experience within the Property Management industry itself.
Charlie is based in the United Kingdom.
BAY SMITH
Managing Partner
Having spent most of his working life within the automotive sales industry, working for several premium, high-end manufacturers, Bay works with a client-centric ethic, and will stop at nothing to ensure he leaves those in his care completely satisfied with the service they have received.
He also brings with him the knowledge and experience of managing a team of people, making him able to co-ordinate different facets of the business to ensure smooth operation, and a seamless experience.
Bay is based in Ibiza.
